We have received your valve in good order. Our certified technicians will immediately start working with your valve. Before we start, the specifications of your valve are recorded in our ERP system and photos are taken of your valve for our file. We will keep you informed of the further progress of the repair.
Entry control
The entry check has been successfully completed. Our certified technicians have tested your valve. The test charts are available for you! The valve will now be completely disassembled, inspected and all clearances measured, so that we can send you a repair quote. We will keep you informed of the further progress of the repair.
Quotation sent
Our certified technicians have completely disassembled and inspected your valve. Based on this recording, we have sent you a detailed repair quote. Only after your approval will we proceed to repair your valve. The repair quote is now available for you here! We will keep you informed of the further progress of the repair.
Execution of repair
After your approval for repair, our certified technicians will immediately start working on your valve. All parts that meet the manufacturer specifications will be cleaned. Parts that no longer meet the original specifications will be replaced by original new parts. We will keep you informed of the further progress of the repair.
Repair completed
Your valve has gone through the entire repair process. To make sure that the valve functions like new again, we performed a general final test. We have tested all the functionalities of your valve. Your valve has passed this test successfully. The test charts are available for you! The repair is now complete. The valve has been returned to you.
